Top 10 in-demand skills for Indian professionals 2025 LinkedIn report: In the dynamic and digital-driven world of work today, change has become the only constant with artificial intelligence (AI), tech advancements, and rising trends re-designing traditional business approaches.

Nonetheless, AI literacy is undoubtedly becoming the most sought-after skill globally and a baseline expectation across various job functions, with over 95 per cent of C-suite leaders in India prioritising AI skills over traditional experience.
