Mark Zuckerberg learns sword-making in JapanMeta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently took a sword-making lesson from Japanese sword master, Akihira Kokaji. He shared a video of himself making a katana—a traditional Japanese sword known for its sharpness.
Zuckerberg shared a series of posts on February 24 wherein he can be seen posing with the sword master. In another picture, he created the sword with the help of his master. He also shared a video of himself using the sword. Sharing the post, Zuckerberg wrote, “Really special afternoon learning about making katanas with master akihira.kokaji — thank you for sharing your craft with us!”
Take a look at the post here:
The video is winning hearts on the internet, garnering a sea of comments on it. Reacting to it, one user questioned, “Do you get to keep that Katana after making it?” Another user commented, “You’re on the path to becoming a true ninja, first hand to hand combat you mastered now on to the blade!”
“Mans really doing every side quest,” the third one commented. “Being the goat entrepreneur wasn’t good enough. Dude is out here molding fire,” yet another user wrote. For those unversed, Katanas are considered “prohibited arms” under the Indian Arms Act of 1959.
Meanwhile, Mark Zuckerberg will reportedly fly to India to attend Nita and Mukesh Ambani’s son Anand Ambani’s wedding festivities with Radhika Merchant in March. If reports are to be believed, the Meta CEO will be Rock CEO Larry Fink, Adnoc CEO Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Disney CEO Bob Iger, Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, and others.
