Zero Trailer: SRK, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif’s film sparks meme-fest online

Zero movie trailer: The Aanand L Rai film which brings back the superhit trio Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, is ruling social media sites not just with its posters and trailer but also memes!

After a couple of intriguing posters and teasers, fans got to see the trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Zero on his birthday. The Aanand L Rai directorial film starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in lead roles along with SRK took fans down memory lane to the trio’s last film Jab Tak Hai Jaan. However, the complicated love-triangle between the three stars is quite different and unusual, not to mention SRK’s mind-boggling role as a dwarf that created a huge buzz online.

In the three-minute long trailer, audiences get to know the plot where SRK plays a 38-year-old Bauua Singh, a vertically challenged man, who is looking for a bride. Anushka plays Aafia, who is a wheelchair-bound woman suffering from cerebral palsy and Katrina Kaif’s character looks like she is playing a movie star.

Since the posters released a day before, #Zero dominated social media trends, and as it was known that the trailer would be released on King Khan’s birthday, the anticipation just grew strong. As people are busy trying to decode the long trailer and wonder what’s in store for the film that is scheduled to hit the theaters on December 21, others couldn’t stop turning scenes from the trailer into memes.
